How do I sign up or cancel my membership?
Please visit https://washfair.com/monthly-pass-membership.html/cancel-your-monthly-pass.html/. We require seven days written notice via email to washfair@gmail.com with your name and Membership number on the back of the card. You will receive a confirmation email as soon as it is processed.
What is the height restriction to go through the tunnel?
Our height limit is 82". We have a height bar at the cashier booth.
How much does an Interior Express cost?
Please visit https://washfair.com/tire-shine.html/express-detail.html/. All Express and Detailing services are first come, first serve - we do not take appointments. We must see your vehicle in person to give an exact quote and an exact estimate for how long the service(s) will take.
What payments do you accept?
Cash or Credit Card
VISA, MASTERCARD, AMEX, DISCOVER, and WEX (government card)
We do not accept Apple Pay at this time.
Can I buy a Gift Card?
Yes, we offer Gift Cards for any amount. The amount is loaded on a "WASH CARD". You may also buy our Prepaid 5 wash "WASH CARDS" at a greatly discounted price. Purchases of either need to be done in person with our cashier.
Do you offer discounts for fleet vehicles?
Please email us at washfair@gmail.com to see if your company qualifies for a fleet discount.
Does Wash Fair Car Wash have any disclaimers?
Wash Fair Car Wash is NOT responsible for:
Antennas
Side Mirrors
Wipers
Parts Blown Off
Tunnel Bumper Incidents
Non-Factory Items
License Plates
Bumper Tow-covers
We are NOT responsible for vehicle over 7 years of because of deteriorating plastic. Vehicle material weakens over time.
Can I wash my pickup truck?
We wash pickup trucks that meet our height restriction and the truck be MUST BE EMPTY and CLEAN (no residue of chemicals, etc.) prior to washing.
