How do I sign up or cancel my membership?

What is the vehicle height restriction to go through the tunnel?
Our height limit is 82". We have a height bar at the cashier booth. If your vehicle is too tall, consider a Waterless Wash & Wax with our Express Detailing team. Must see vehicle in person to provide a quote.
How much does an Interior Express cost?
Please visit https://washfair.com/tire-shine.html/express-detail.html/. Express and Detailing services are first come, first serve - we do not book appointments over the phone. We want to provide the best service and recommendation for your vehicle which is why we want to see your vehicle in person to give an exact quote and an exact estimate for how long the service(s) will take. We will offer appointement return times once your vehicle service is quoted and purchased.
What payments do you accept?
Cash or Credit Card VISA, MASTERCARD, AMEX, DISCOVER, and WEX (government card) We do not accept Apple Pay at this time.
Can I buy a Gift Card?
Yes, we offer Gift Cards. The amount is loaded on a "WASH CARD". You may also buy our Prepaid 5 wash "WASH CARD" at a discounted price. Both need to be purchased at the cashier booth.
Do you offer discounts for fleet vehicles?
Yes, please email us at washfair@gmail.com to see if your company qualifies for a fleet discount.
Does Wash Fair Car Wash have any disclaimers?
Wash Fair Car Wash is NOT responsible for: ● Antennas ● Side Mirrors ● Wipers ● Parts Blown Off ● Tunnel Bumper Incidents ● Non-Factory Items ● License Plates ● Bumper Tow-covers We are NOT responsible for vehicles over 7 years old because of deteriorating plastic. Vehicle material weakens over time. ***Vehicles over 7 years old showing signs of fading or aging plastic should consider a Waterless Wash with our Express and Detailing. Vehicles that have non-factory items or have been repaired after an accident should not go through an automatic wash tunnel.***
Can I wash my pickup truck?
We wash pickup trucks that are below our height restriction (under 82"). Trucks MUST BE EMPTY and CLEAN prior to entering the line for the wash tunnel. We will not allow truck beds with metal, screws, oil, dirt, paint, or any other material to enter the wash tunnel. Truck beds are REQUIRED to be CLEANED of ALL debris before entering the wash tunnel. We cannot wash dually trucks in the wash tunnel due to the width of the conveyor.
Can I wash with my bike rack or luggage rack attached?
No, bike racks and luggage racks should be removed prior to wash purchase. There are a handful of top mount bike racks that we will allow through the wash (upon management discetion). However, all rear mount bike racks should be removed before entering the line for the wash tunnel.
What if I don't know how to put my vehicle in Neutral?
PLEASE ask our cashier for a manager if you do not know how to put your vehicle in neutral. Our managers are trained to instruct customers on how to put their vehicles in (N)eutral. We ask that you read your vehicle manual and practice prior to washing with us.
Do you have automatic wipers or anti-collision auto braking sensors ?
We are here to help work through these issues; however, the operator of the vehicle should be ready to disengage sensors based on the owner's manual. PLEASE ask the cashier for a manager if you need assistance prior to entering the car wash tunnel line. The operator of the vehicle is responsible for understanding how to disengage these automatic features of the vehicle when entering an automatic car wash.
Is it customary to leave a tip?
Our cashier may ask if you would like to tip our employees. We work as a team to meet our customer's expectations everyday. All employees share daily tips equally. This has been our expectation for decades and it is part of what helps us build and keep a strong team. If a customer has a question or concern at any time, we ask that you please ask to speak to a manager before leaving the site.
