To request cancellation of your membership,
please send an email to
with your full name and
membership number
(which can be located on
the back of your card).
Membership cancellation requests
must be received in
writing via email
at least seven days
prior to the next
automatic recharge date.
Allow seven days to
process the cancellation
as stated on the contract.
You will receive
a confirmation email once the
membership is cancelled.
If you have not received a
confirmation email within
seven days, call 703-451-4200.
No refunds or credits will be
given for full or partial
unused days/months
of the membership.
